I think a common misconception about cold showers is they don’t mean freezing cold lol. Like just under lukewarm/room temp is what it should be.

Freddy made a really good point at the end. "It's also really important to listen to your body, and my body said no, every time." There also isn't one "routine" that will work for every single person. We all live on different schedules even if we work the same shifts.

My friends dad used to say “if you didn’t do anything today, at least you made your bed”. That stuck with me.

-recall your dreams
-make the bed
-have a glass of water (& take supplements)
-breathing
-meditation (~20min)
-intense movement (1-2min, crunches/jumping jacks/etc)
-cold shower
-make tea
-journal
-make to-do list (try for 3 work related and 3 personal tasks accomplished every day)
-make "to-feel" list (like designing what feelings you have throughout the day)
-make "to-be" list (who you want to be today)
-read (20-30min)
-make smoothie
-brain training (online learning)
