How to make a hydraulic press ??
Of course, it is very difficult to make it and for this you need professional machines, in my case I used the entire arsenal of my garage.
But the result exceeded even my most optimistic expectations.
Friends, I'm sure that you have never seen such a Multifunctional press.
In this video, I will share with you how I made a professional 20 ton hydraulic press.
The manufacturing process for this
machine took a little over a month, but I'm more than sure it was worth it.

Friends share this video and subscribe to the channel to be notified when I release new videos.

I love how he doesn’t show a perfect build and shows all the real life struggles when building something. I just have always thought I had bad luck fabricating things. Great work my friend. Bravo

Грандиозный проект! Великолепная работа! И очень интересное видео. Но больше всего поражает, что такое огромное количество толстенного металла порезано болгаркой! Без преувеличения - это героизм. Восхищение и уважение. Удачи.

No language barrier. I love the way you show us what you are going to do, then go do it. It helps to realize the end goal. Thank you!

That press is scary, I don't think that many people realise how much force is used to bend steel that thickness! Awesome press, I'm impressed!!!😁😁😁😁

Another great job !!!

Just one tipp - Of course there are special flute geometries available but the straight flute cutters which you use mainly break for two reasons. Either the core diameter is too small or if they are turned in one direction only. Reverting the turn direction of just as small as about one fourth (90°) after every full turn ensures chips are properly broken and second finding their way through the chip channels of the cutter. And for best practise you shall use a proper cutting oil anyway as well.

Great job! 👍I have a similar press at work. Tip : weld 2 small strips under the underside of the 2 big table plates. That way you still can move sideways, but don't fall out of the press. I mean the big plates @40:07

I have now looked at dozens of DIY Hydraulic Press builds - but - this is the one I keep coming back to. It ain't perfect but it's more than close enough for me and very classy - greetings from Melbourne

When you tap holes after one revolution, try going a quarter revolution backwards up the thread then another revolution down the thread. This will help you if you dont want too break taps, it also clears the chips out a little bit! keep the good work on brother! Big fan

Nice work. That press is a work of art, to be handed down in your family for generations to come. Well done sir.

Impressive piece of work. Watching a talented machinist at work is like watching a sculptor or an artist.

Some hint. When cutting threads by hand; oil cutter first, turn 1.5 times cw than turn 0.5 times ccw to break the shavings first and so on. Cut the thread in multiple steps by removing it after few turns, clean-off the shavings and proceed. Yes it takes more time but less than removing a broken cutter. That's how I was taught at Krupp Industry. (I really do like your videos) The guy has great humor and is really talented.

Пересмотрел много видео о изготовлении пресса, этот пресс с его функционалом и таким запасом прочности просто шедевр.

Well, I watched this again. Great job of your press. I made one when I was 17-18 very similar to yours. I do like the swivel v and flats when pressing an angle on rounds and flats. Very cool!
