Hi, I am a 14 year old girl with breakage and really damaged hair. That happened because of 1. Not cutting my ends professionally and 2. No protective styles aka braids and wigs and things like that. But I’m not really into braids with weave or even into wigs but I see tiktokers or YouTubers like trulee who don’t even use weave for 2 weeks or more or even wigs. I want some advice for my hair which is about the same texture as trulee except I have 2 different hair types.. the front of my hair is much much thicker than the back of my hair, I could rly use some tips and tricks to grow my hair or even just start over and give me some tips to make sure my hair won’t go back to the same state. Anything is appreciated/helpful.
