I have fine hair with a mixture of curls and waves and my hair hates refreshes, I've tried so many different kinds and no luck yet. I've never found anyone out there with the same problem. But yeah my hair gets frizzy after refreshing with water and some product, my scalp then feels like warm and moist even after drying it. Like if I had sweat all day long, gives me the sensation of a wet dog in a warm day😅
