Just like your Ryanair video, however flying easyJet or Ryanair I’d embrace what they are and save all the extra you spent for a premium upgrade to America.

Use the Concierge service at the airport or the Aether private terminal at Manchester Airport. The private terminal is worth the money if you can avoid it, to be able to avoid other people until you get on the plane! They take you direct to the boarding gate by chauffeured car, thus missing out the main terminal scrum altogether.
