I just tried this after watching the video this morning. I only did one side just to try it and whoa, the feeling was amazing. I’m going to try this fully tonight to see how well it works.

Hi Luke, Thanks for the technique. I have not had any sleep issues but I was intrigued by this and gave it a try. The difference I felt, I started yawning before falling to sleep and it was sudden- I realized I never yawned earlier and drifted to sleep on most days. This is interesting and will try it out daily.
