Springrolls are my absolute favourite food of all time! I also bake them. I make a bit of a mix with chicken or pork mince, vermicelli noodles, water chestnuts, mushrooms, grated carrot, maybe some cabbage, with ginger, soy and Hoi sin as the flavours. Bake, then serve with sweet chilli or plum sauce as my naughty hit. FAVOURITE!

I love a cooking show that can make me smile... even when I'm totally turned off by the particular dish being cooked! (Personal preference for spring rolls to be mostly turnip, otherwise I avoid them.) The dynamics, the fooling around and the enthusiasm for the little things like chopping; the videography, sound and camera angles, everything just works out. As always, fabulous work by the guys and also by the technical team.

rather than spring rolls, we call these eggrolls since the pastry is practically the same. while spring rolls are made of rice paper, a kind of translucent stiff sheet where you have to soak it into hot water before rolling. these looks super healthy and delicious by the way! always loving your videos! :)

Me and my parents love spring rolls. But instead of filo pastry, we use rice paper wrap (no baking; served cold) and make a spicy peanut sauce. It's so good!

Thank you for all your recipes, short videos and hard work. I am always amazed at how simple you make those delicious recipes look, and how you condense the whole thing in a 5 mins video. Plus you guys are such a nice group of lads.
 I made something similar with left over turkey and it was delish as well!

In vietnam we commonly eat spring rolls with boiled pork belly and veggies.How ever your recipe seems to be interesting and delicious at the same time. Good job, keep it up!!!
