In this video, I talk about the in my opinion most underrated muscle in calisthenics: the glutes. Especially when it comes to exercises where you need a straight body line, the glutes are the most important muscle to extend and stabilize your hips. Make it work for you!

dude this video literally just got me from a tuck planche to advanced tuck and I can balance my handstand perfectly now. I never realized in what way I had to activate my glutes... it was the missing key I needed I cant wait to try the pull things at the calisthenics park tomorrow! thank you so much for this video Micha!!!

yea that's was my weaknes point, i didn't used to work on my glutes until i noticed recently that this part of my body wasn't actived in a better form when i hold the front lever and handstand, so i added this two exercices that you mentioned in the video to my workout routine, now i can see improvements and the form looks much beter than it was

You got it Micha! Now I know why I am struggling holding my Front Lever, its not the lower back that is the problem, its the Glutes!
