Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was told to spread my money across different things like stocks and bonds to protect my $750k retirement savings. Now, with the markets being shaky, should I keep adding money to my portfolio or consider other options?

>>"Stocks are falling and bond yields are rising, but markets still don’t seem convinced the Federal Reserve will pursue plans to keep increasing interest rates until inflation is under control. I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $117k stocck portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market?

I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.

Insightful video. I just want to know best how people split their pay, how much of it goes into savings, spendings or investments. I'm 27, and earn nothing less $150k per year, but nothing to show for it yet.

If you're holding cash, you have 100% chance of losing money yearly due to inflation.
If you"re holding stocks for 2.5+ years, there is a 100% chance you won't lose money.
So where is the real risk?

As a man who studied finance and works in finance and investment, and has his own personal private investments

The video is good but vague advice on most of them, but alot of missinformation. Cash might lose value over time due to inflation, but its still an asset, and not a volitile asset, a STABLE asset in the short term and has value, its a current asset and a liquid asset that can actually be used and traded. Everyone should ATLEAST have 6 to 12 months worth of monthly expenses in cash as reserves

Even everything else your discussing is very vague, your not really giving important details to stocks and gold and even the vintage cars or any of them. Saying you should buy stocks is still dangerous if your not giving more important details like asset allocation and diversification and time horizon..ect. Buying single stocks is the worst advice you can give, people are flooding into gamestop and tesla stocks and other speculative stocks and increasing valuations of companies that are not even backed by any fundamentals. Tesla passed a 1 trillion dollar valuation based on what? Not only is thier cars filled with pannel gaps and alot of other defects and low quality materials and paint jobs, how many cars do they sell annually? Tesla is valued more the the total automotive industry combined and it sells less cars than bmw or any single automotive company? So this valuation is based on what exactly? This is all excess speculation your just pushing excess speculation in the markets.

A gwagon depreciates 5%? It actually depreciates more than 50% in 5 years and has alot of mechanical defects and recalls, a toyota land cruiser holds its value almost more than any car on the market, and more reliable.

The biggest missinformation is that your pushing NFTs and crypto currency, which are speculative, you are just increasing the excess speculation in the market, everything your doing is just pushing speculative assets. Its like the 1920s all over again. Its tulip mania all over again, its the dotcom bubble all over again, its 2008 financial crisis all over again, these ALL happened from excess speculation in the markets, not backed by any fundamentals.

The best advice i can give to anyone who wants to invest, keep 12 months of expenses in cash, and keep it in deposits. Any money you need within 1 and 3 years keep in short term bonds, any money you need 3+ years like 5 10 15 20 30+ years and longer you can invest. And if your going to invest, you should always diversify your investments and keep them for the long term, use index funds or mutual funds and etfs, and if you want to invest in single stocks it should be no more than 10% of your portfolio, and no more than 5% of the 10% to a single stock. No more than 40% of your networth should be in physical realestate wether its your home or rentals. Everything else should be in liquid financial assets. If you want to invest in speculative assets like crypto, keep it no more than 3% of your portfolio, gold is safer than bitcoin, so gold should be 5%.

When it comes to investing, your asset allocation determines almost 100% of your absolute returns, saying people should just invest in an assets is just very bad advice. This video is very vague. Your really just saying invest in assets because inflation which is also very vague, when there is other determinants when it comes to investing

Absolutely outstanding content! This video offers a treasure trove of knowledge for anyone seeking to diversify their financial portfolio and build long-lasting wealth. The detailed breakdown of various assets, ranging from dividend stocks and government bonds to cash flow businesses, mutual funds, real estate, and more, provides a solid foundation for understanding the vast array of investment opportunities available.

Furthermore, the exploration of content creation, marketing, education, consulting, franchising, and other valuable assets showcases the importance of diversifying one's sources of income to achieve financial stability and growth. The inclusion of lesser-known investment opportunities such as farmland, royalties, and private businesses, as well as the emphasis on developing personal skills and creating online products, adds a unique and refreshing perspective to the conversation.

I am genuinely grateful for the wealth of information presented in this video. Kudos to the creators for their dedication to educating and inspiring others on their journey towards financial freedom!

After I graduated, I realized school taught me nothing about money. Then I found the book ‘the Richest Man in Babylon’ and began learning everything about money that I was not taught. Great starting point! Also started watching videos like this. Lots to learn!

I was born ready!
The only issue is that I am the only one in my entire family (I am aware of) that has ambition to become a millionaire.
I am not giving up especially with Alux on my side.
I bought my first property (3-2 w/ a guest house) and turn it into an asset instead of a liability. I am practically living there for free now thanks to the Alux team that has been feeding me with nothing but great knowledge. Thank you, Alux 🙏🏾

And my brother thought it crazy when I gave him all my comic books from the '60's to the '90's and told him to simply store them. I bought all at cover price (.15 cents - $1.50). Recently, he sold just one to a collector for around $7, 000.
