I wished I would have known about the proper way to do lunges years ago. I was with a trainer and we were both doing front lunges with weights. I just started doing them and didn’t get far because my knee started hurting. I had to stop. It messed up my knee pretty bad and it hurt any time I bent it. I can tell you now I wasn’t doing them like you demonstrated. Live and learn, I guess. Thankfully, my knee is doing great now and every time I do lunges or squats now, Coach Tyler is in my head from the workout videos. 😂

Thx for the pushup tip. I'm going to try it. I do nails n my wrist hurt when doing a push up. 😊

coughing to brace the core (whatever that is) may not be possible for everyone, specially those with extra belly. better way of learning how how to brace the core is by doing a plank and notice what it feels like.

Well, in ballet, pulling your bellybutton in standard while doing your exercises.
Of course, nobody is picking up weights, lol
