Canon offers this feature in their RF100mm macro. You can even adjust how much the out of focus is.

Seems like I recall a lens somebody marketed that would let you insert any old shape of aperture you want for out-of-focus point(ish) sources.

It's so funny. Lots of project lenses are triplets and people who shoot analog/wet plate often describes them as "lower" kind of lenses. For example the Leitz Hektor have 4 elects instead of three and prices for this lens are going up and now Lomo brings out a triplet for lots more. The Bokeh options are nice and it's ready to shoot without additional efforts. With an adapters you could use old similar lenses for a much cheaper price.

Too bad it doesn’t have an “in focus” mode. Lomography seems never to have prioritized this in their products.
