Many years ago my father who was a marine engineer but was working wth a company who provided fire detection instruments & warning systems it was very ' state of the arts for the time.
Subsequently my dad went on many ship & sub trials to monitor the equipment
This was in & around the N. Atlantic, the North Sea, Baltic Sea, Arctic Ocean, even the Black Sea & N. European lakes.
He told me & my mother he'd seen stuff that shoudnt exist... but it did, he saw it plain as day wth his own eyes. He never drank alcohol nor smoked & was most stoical
Me & my mother were more astounded by him admitting he'd seen stuff you couldn't make up. because he just didnt buy into spooks, paranormal, aliens etc
Because he wasn't wth the military & his work was wth a private company & he tested safety hazards etc on marine vessels he wasn't so restricted into keeping schtum
As this was in the 1950's, 60's & 70's secrecy wasn't what it is now & all that happened if anything was witnessed by him was a quiet word from the ships captain to be discreet about " peculiar" stuff.
Which in fact he was but he told me & mum. Some stuff I wasn't privy to until I'd become adult & mother told me.

Dad could never see their faces as close fitting grey/ dark grey wet suit fit around facial features ( he said lol like a gimp mask!!) It was the lack of breathing stuff that scared them as they were observed 100 to 400vmtrs deep, not surfacing at all for up to an hour, just watching the sub.
There's lots of things he told us but you get the gist. My dad's been dead over 30yrs now so the stuff he saw was in the 50's & 60's... incredible for then.
It was because of things he saw he quit that work after 20 yrs in it. So for me, if my dad saw stuff he told us about & he was so down to earth & unprone to fancies, then I KNOW THEY EXIST

In the case of the birds, the one's in the video are called Purple Martins and the smaller brown one's are the females. They are simply migrating. They travel through Texas twice a year just like in the video. From Canada to Mexico.

I don’t know about the rest of the video but the “sticks be stacked in a triangle or pyramid “is not a mystery. My family has always made these when we go camping or hunting. We lean several large limbs against a tree then smaller limbs around that. Lastly pile leaves or canvas if you want. It makes a simple and effected sleeping shelter. The best part is you don’t have to lug all those tents with you lol.
