This is just 1 point of the issue. Platforms may stop working when the owner is out of vicinity. I have 2 accounts, the 2nd one I use as a base where I have my 2nd farm (vegetables and stuff) where I have these mining platforms to mine Tungsten. So, when I am at that base, they start working immediately, but as soon as I leave, they reset the time to 59 minutes until I appear in that area again. So they do farm for 60 minutes, then the timer resets and farming is not going anymore. I am not sure why that happen, maybe you need to login on your alt account more often to make it work. But even on my main base, I checked everything, my digbys are 3-3 level, electricity is beyond enough, but the outcome shows that they were not working when I sleep IRL.

Didn't this receive a QOL improvement in the most recent patch? I believe that the Stardust ore no longer resets if the digby boy rests, or at least that's what I saw in the patch notes

60 power also helps. If the digbys power is below 60 it won't last the full 60mins.

actually where you farm that much fuel? I'm moving into oil area for farming fuel with 30 pumps + 10 supe refinery because I don't have the stardust mining platform, but I got 40% solar drill with 100% treasure perks, am I in the right way? I have the stardust source making furnace

since i have 10 stardust platforms, and dont have 10 digby boys, i have recalled all digby's and they mine 60 ore per hour each. i have to restart once per hour, put the output is more consistent i found out

how can i make stardust? need i a specialization?

just got perk to my alt what gives me doubled silver, gold and stardust ore drill and even without that you get liike 10k 10min in polluted are south of map. and now i got double.And that perk realy wasn't worth it when i get it first time

no, that's a dumb strategy. Mining fuel by hand is much harder than mining stardust by hand.
For all my 200w generators, I mine fuel for a week, and then dig stardust for a couple of hours at 666% food to process it into source. The opposite won't work
