Chickpeas With Rice Easy with sure success and many secrets

The simplest recipes have the most complicated secrets for sure success.
Components :
▪ 500 gr. Chickpeas.
( When we weigh 500 gr. Chickpeas. (When we put them in water for a whole night) and boil them will weigh 1 kg )
▪ Me and mom did the following: We put cold and plenty of water to swell the chickpeas, overnight
( Grandma swells the chickpeas in a completely different way: warm water and 1 teaspoon high or coarse salt. Whichever way you choose is correct. Depending on what suits you best. )
▪ 2 liters of bottled water
We boil from 15 minutes to 20 or up to 2 hours, depending on the legumes we choose, it plays a role purely in the legumes.
It may take about 5 minutes to skim properly.
Caution: Do not remove the water and the chickpeas at the same time.
▪ 8 tablespoons of olive oil
▪ I will cook one bowl and put the other bowl in the freezer for next time. It is for 4 people
▪ S.O.S : If you want to store them in the freezer. Let them cool very well, cover with membrane.
▪ They can be stored in the freezer for about 6 months
▪ We need 3 identical glasses ( Add Carolina rice to 1 glass
S.OS. : The liquid element we will use: It can be the broth from our food or plain water. The choice is ours. )
