Great tips here, I love my trap bar, much easier on my back at 61, great for hip’s & entire body, for me as a cyclist it really helps me greatly, new sub here from Philadelphia, Pa, USA

When using a trapbar, it's hard to draw the dividing line between a deadlift and a squat. No matter what you try to do, it will always be an hybrid exercise.

I actually prefer not to go that low and use more of my back. So its 50% back 50% legs. If u use a belt and have some proper beathing ur safe

Proper dead lift is done with a straight bar. This shrug bar exercise is not a dead lift. It’s a shrug bar lift. You can work up to a lot of weight and feel like you’re a big deal. Whoopi. Actually more of a squat than anything. There’s a lot of information on the Internet unfortunately most of it’s wrong. Cheers.
