So the reason the leads break every time you get into the boat is probably the same reason why you couldn't pull players in boats with leads in a previous episode. So... using that logic:

Try placing pigs in boats that you then suspend over the void, and you should be able to try again with your idea!

Need a bunch of hidden little gardens and basements/stairwells with greenery growing through "cracks" showing unused and abandoned areas as well as life finding a way even in a concrete city.

I think Grian made a platform in the void once by hanging a chicken and dropping boats on top of the chicken, though I don’t know how well that would work for your purposes

You can ride animals in the boat without breaking the leads though. It's the same limitations as flying with the boats attached.

Impulse, using what Tango does with multiple books changing the armor stand poses, you could hide some tiny guys round the server and use some red stone to occasionally make them huge when someone is close and then shrink back down so they can’t find them. They’ll just catch a glimpse in the back ground and think they’re going crazy 😂

Give the Dolphin a custom modeled item like a ghost or something, it can be the Ghost of Pixel Pulse Valley, at least until they patch it. Also should do some testing, area of effect and such and see if it works with other dolphins, so you can have it pop up around the whole city.

One thing that I associate with cyperpunk themes is multi-level traversal. Every rooftop has access, from the street you can barely see the sky, and there are rickety, makeshift crossings at upper levels.

Also, im a big Stray fan. Great cyperpunk example (but maybe more dystopian/run-down than your intended vibe)

King Kong prank! Oh that is so good! I was thinking you would do a woman too. LOL. I love how the tower turned out. I love those colors. I really like the solid terracotta colors. The spots that look like "writing" in the windows. Who would have thought dirt to "dirty" up the build. I like using copper at level 2 or 3 with orange or pink so that is cool you figure some blocks out. I'm glad you settled on the name of the City. It sounds great.

That rail glitch was really messing with all of us. We were thinking each other was gaslighting the other. When Skizz was playing along I was thinking... is it really a joke? Glad you told us that he was just as confused. What a weird dolphin glitch?! Thank you for pointing to the items with the arrows that helped really see it. It looked like the eye doctor test to test peripheral vision. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
