Dubai is literally climbing to new heights - the largest and most populous town in the Emirates has Burj Khalifa which is the tallest building in the world. If you laid all its pieces end to end, they’d get a quarter the way around the world. It’s 3 times the height of the Eiffel Tower. The current tallest building in the world, but it could be dethroned soon! And now Dubai decided to break their own record, building an observation tower.

It’ll be so tall that if you could lay it on its side, it’d take you 36 minutes to walk its height! Elevators (even super-fast ones) won’t be enough – a vertical bullet train will take their place! It’ll be made up of 6 outer buildings connected to and twisting around a central core. Let's look at it and some other cool skyscrapers. The Taj Mahal is 240 ft. And it was built in 1632. Taller than the first building you mentioned. And it still exist.

It will definitely will get completed before Nakheel tower . They also have put the model of the tower at the dubai Mall and at the entry of Burj Khalifa
