I think I should go see a doctor. My mind be playing trick on me. I be drifting off to sleep, and then suddenly, seconds later, the sleepiness goes away. After that, my mind is overly active. And this happens up to 40 times a day. Even at night!!! Even If i take my sleep meds!! (Trazodone 100mg) I only will get a good 4 hours of sleep at night.. 😮‍💨
