President Emmanuel Macron on Wednesday urged France's political forces to make compromises to end a political deadlock sparked by his failure to retain a parliamentary majority that threatens to wreck his reform plans. Macron's centrist alliance finished Sunday's parliamentary elections 44 seats short of a majority in the National Assembly, as a new left-wing coalition and the far right made major gains.

Is he talking to himself?
Are his power and politics immune to compromise?

Most countries work with other partners and President Macron has shown his adoptable and will run the most progressive government of all time. We humans thrive on diversity, so why all the media fuss?

Not having a majority is normal in many European countries, and it then takes a few months to negotiate and form a coalition. Yet here only a few days in people already act as though Macron is now placed in a unique and impossible position.

How can he call for national unity when he always has an anti-national unity flag by the French tricolour?
