I wish I would of discovered barefoot walking thirty forty years ago. Now at 71 I can’t get enough barefoot time. I find it has helped my brain fog and depression. I think my knees are responding. Go slow too much of a good thing may lead to needles discomfort. But they do say no pain no gain.

I have been walking barefoot for 4 days now before I was having bad big toe pain and the first day I went outside to walk barefoot I was in a lot of pain. I walked for 20min after my pain was gone done instantly and I have not had any problems since just a little soreness but it’s continuously getting better!!! And my sleep has been the best!! GOD IS AMAZING!!💚 and he really did give us all we need with his creation !🥰
