At 1:51 WuKong was brutal as he attacks Macaque, it really showed how angry he was and Macaque was truly fighting for his life during it! This is so good!

My favorite part is when a brand new stone monkey fires his Lazer eyes at the Jade Emperor.
Just, the ominous smile of the Jade Emperor's face, the Monkey King's concerned face shifting to determination right before he fires the Lazer eyes.

I just love that it focus on Wukong's perspective. Some of the fandom tends to be hard on Wukong without even knowing JTTW, as an impulsive person myself I really relate to him.. and it's just so stupid how much he got almost treated like a dog by his mentor at some point just because of him being impulsive. Guanyan was nearly the only person in Wukong's life who actually treated him like a person and not a problem and I really appreciate that.. Wukong may have done a lot of bullshit in the Celestial Realm, but let's not forget that being impulsive isnt always something you can control, it litteraly can be a trait of bipolarity at some point, which is why I personally hate when people judges Wukong without even knowing JTTW first.
The animation is amazing and it really fits with the music, great job!❤❤

Holy heck, this might be the first time i've seen a LMK animatic that stays true to it's JTTW origins! The way you animated the fight is just so smooth, and beautiful??! It's everything i would've imagined what their fight in JTTW would be like! And, the way you drew the expressions of the characters are just as great?? I love, LOVE the way you interpreted the Six Eared Macaque here as the true bastard he is. I rarely see any content that portrayed him as his original JTTW self, so this is such a cherry on top!

THIS IS SO CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED i love how much movement there is in each scene, this entire video is so cool!! the last part with wukong fighting macaque has to probably be my favourite. im so glad others know about that part in the book bcs i keep seeing people being WAY too mean to wukong even though it was macaque who technicalky started the fight to begin with. and the way it flashes between MK and SWK at the end???? amazing, beautiful, consuming this art piece

When I heard this song I thought this would work well for a monkey kid wukong animatic just to see this
