Thanks for this. Was having issues with my Win7 laptop failing the boot phase when trying to update to Windows10 and do a reset. This helped to just hunt down any other personal info and user data to clear out.

All worked well except I couldn't delete any of the "windows old files" in C drive. Said need permission from system. Nothing in system was applicable. Can you help?
