Hi mate, left a like. Just looking into getting my shop rated top seller. All I see is 'above standard' seller. How do you change that to 'top rated'

I am getting ebay saying ever thought of becoming top rated... But can't see how to activate it... When I click through it just says 'above standard' again.

Do you need to be paying a monthly subscription or something...

After my review yesterday they have me as "Above Standard", under where it says "if we evaluated you today" it states "Top Rated" even though absolutely nothing has changed over night! It should have had me as Top Rated after May's evaluation, but for some reason they didn't :( 126 transactions and well over the $1000 threshold!
