Hey there! Let me take a few minutes of your day to tell you how I sold over $82,000 worth of stuff I bought from garage sales and thrift stores on eBay part-time. It's not rocket science--if I can do it, anyone can. Of course I didn't MAKE that much money, and in the video I give you a breakdown of how much money I actually took home after fees, and shipping, and all other costs. Enjoy!

Shared this video on my community page today. Really professional and great info. I agree with 100% of everything you said. We constantly get comments saying “regular people can’t sell like you guys do” and you have proven them wrong. Just a hard-working dude that’s killing it on eBay. Keep up the good work, man! Subscribed.

My advice: NO DEATH PILE!!!
If it is worth buying, it is worth listing that same day. Yes, that same day. It doesn’t matter if it is 1 thing or 20 things; all must be listed. Two benefits: 1) Your money isn’t tied up longer than it needs to be 2) It helps you be more regimented and selective when sourcing. “Do I really want to list a $6 pair of shoes that I will sell for $15 in 3-6 month?”

Pro tip: When pulling comps in the field, go ahead and choose “sell one like this” for the things you put in your cart. This creates a draft so you won’t have to look for it later. If time permits, I add a price to the draft based on the comps I just looked at. This approach significantly reduces your listing time when you get home.

You were one of a few select resllers online that showed a total breakdown of your numbers and I appreciated it so much that I followed you. Thank you for being so forward and upfront with your numbers. Most people think it's easy to do this full time, but it's not. A million times over thank you for being honest with how rewarding, but challenging it can be.

I've watched this video several times, it is core to how I am growing my ebay business and I now subscribe to flipwise which has been essential to lessening the worries about how I am doing and to track my inventory and see my costs versus profits. Thank You!

Wow! As a 23 year eBay seller, I must say that this was the most concise realistic video about reselling that I’ve ever seen. Your delivery and honesty hooked me! I’m so glad you showed up in my feed. You’ve earned a new subscriber and I can’t wait to see where you take this channel. Thanks!

Been selling for 10+ years. I love it, endless cool things and headaches along the way, full time job and 4 side hustles. Won’t ever stop

Great tip on linking your credit card to pay for shipping, I've been taking it out of my sale funds but now it's on the CC to get some cash back.

Your customer service information is very important. A lot of people trying to resell dont understand that.

The app you’re creating sounds very interesting. There’s definitely a gap in what’s needed for resellers and what’s available for us to use. Can’t wait to see it completed

As someone who manages a shipping department, I HIGHLY recommend Rollo thermal printers! Over 500k labels printed in the last 3 years, with zero issues. They even have a wireless one now.

Nice vid. I'm in a similar situation. This will be my 1st full year really doing eBay. Consistent sourcing, listing etc... being intentional rather than just putting my old pants up there to sell. Things are moving along, just broke $10, 000 90-day total. We'll see where we are at the end of the year!

I think this may be the best ebay/resell video i’ve ever seen!! Not alot of RAH RAH!! Just really good information on how to approach reselling as a business full or PT. Also alot of well though out information that is as they say “STRAIGHT FACTS”!! I really appreciated it and subscribed the second the video ended. This really crossed the the t’a and dotted the i’s on the things I personally need to do to pick up my “$&@/“ and stay consistent. I have also been dabbing with ebay since 1996 always just enough to know i could do it full time and frustrate myself by bot following through. So sorry for the long read!! But man this was very inspirational for myself!! Ghanks alot if you read this! And look gorto more content!! Also best wishes!! Jason B

Great video thanks. We are new sellers on Ebay and have made about £16k in sales in the first six months selling model cars. I do it with my dad, he lists and packs, I buy the stock. We spend a couple of hours a day working on it. We have really enjoyed the journey so far....next step for us is working out how we go from 1-2 sales per day to 5. Thanks again for the video.

Recycling night in any downtown business area - buffet of boxes. Also, recycling centers in any town allow you to take the materials people drop off. It's the same as going to the store for new materials. As an environmentalist, it's a totally worthwhile endeavor and really takes the same amount of time to go to either of these places and reuse packing materials. I also have small business owners who hate to waste all the packing materials they get - who drop off their packaging to my front porch. That keeps be quite stocked.
