Not just the borders but other avenues of social access and/or intergration/assimiliation:
1)Posing as overseas students.
2)Posing as tourists.
3)Posing as visa workers.
4)Some citizens of dual heritage who have become radicalized over time (eg sleeper cells / manchurian candidates)
5)Some citizens who are not dual heritage who have become radicalized (eg sleeper cells/manchurian candidates)
6)Posing as mariners (eg cargo ships / holiday cruiser ships)
7)Posing as overseas business men.
8)Some overseas/diplomat staff in foreign embassies.

Not sure about other countries but the rocket launch provider I work for hasn’t had any Russians here since the war started. We had 1 here when it started and I had to show him what was happening because Russia sensors it citizens. He left that week. As far as I know Russias aerospace program cut all ties except for maybe the space station.

I have a few thoughts on this interview…in combination…with others; while taking note of specific comments he has let slip. I think considering all of the interviews Andrew has given…while considering parts of his answers that have remained the same, and others that might lead to a different conclusion…if you had access to everything.

Andrew has told multiple interviewers…all of which are on YouTube…that he and his wife decided to leave the Agency when they realized that “their” goals and objectives were different; that is the Agency expects everyone to put them as their number one priority. Personally, I follow the logic provided, and I can sympathize with the parental concerns. However, having both Andrew and his wife leave their perspective careers early presents fears of the unknown and financial stressors. In this case…the Agency…would lose capable, reliable, and proven resources; while Andrew and his wife would suffer as described above. That said, this led to an opportunity for both parties.

Andrew has stated multiple times…again its on YouTube…that every Agency legend, or lie, has some grain of truth; and this allows the Agent better recall…that is talk about what you know. So, we should not be surprised that Andrew is so willing to lie to the American People; remember CIA does not protect it’s citizens…they protect American interests. So, I argue, and can justify, that Andrew is CIA’s NOC; with the goal to improve public perception of the Agency while increasing the number of applicants.

I suggest, this was the best opportunity for both: CIA retains someone with skills; Andrew gets to spend time with his kids; and CIA gets to keep someone with skills, while using him as a propaganda machine. Moreover, Andrew has the opportunity to build another life, which will potentially make millions, off of the education, training, and experience gained from CIA employment.

Again, I have detailed the reasons Andrew claimed he and his wife used to justify their leaving the agency; I argue that this is the bit that’s true. However, on a different interview: Andrew states...unequivocally...that if CIA called...he would go back in a heartbeat. This is 180 Degrees from his publicized justification for leaving. So, both can't be true.
Andrew, and other interviewers have repeatable explained the idea that the simplest answer is often the truth. So, if someone can’t decide on what happened, the simplest explanation, is normally the truth. So the simplest answer is based on Andrew’s interviews:
1. Andrew and his wife had two children
2. Andrew and his wife…at the time…had just returned from a operation
3. Andrew and his wife wanted to spend more time with their kids
4. CIA wanted to continue as normally; losing as few resources as possible
5. CIA has continually tried to shape their image, in an attempt to justify a bigger annual budget, while retaining and obtaining new talent
6. NOC is a real Agency thing
7. CIA has an office in Hollywood, and uses that relationship, for propaganda
8. There was a government study in the 40’s on the media manipulation of the people
9. Andrew has an opportunity: Spend more time with his family; start his own business, using the skills he honed as an Agent…making millions; and making more money as a CIA NOC.
10. Andrew makes his rounds from one YouTuber to another; spreading the CIA’s message to millions; and enfluencing all of them…one way or another
11. Andrew says one thing…while doing another…and nobody has aggressively challenged his B.S.
12. If Andrew and his wife left the Agency so “they” could spend more time with their kids, why would Andrew say that…if asked…he would run back into their service? Answer: Andrew never left CIA employment…he’s, their NOC.
13. These are the simple facts, all of which were supplied, by Andrew

I would also like to provide another analogy; comparing Andrew’s situation to someone else’s public persona. I read, or heard, that the Lone Survivor book…written by Marcus Littrell…was not exactly what happened. Frankly, I heard Marcuss claim that he dropped his rifle and stopped fighting so he could cover his ears and ignore the cries of his team mate; which is a significant difference than what is presented in the movies. That said, the story I heard went on to claim that Marcus was give an...choice: Be the man who held his hands over his ears while his team mate cried for help; or write a book, and make millions, while continuing to push the “SEAL Brand.” I suspect we all know what decision Marcus made: Wrote a book; made a movie; and ran for public office, where Congressman and Senators get rich using insider trading. That said, Marcuss is making millions…in an attempt to manipulate the American People…using the media as a message board.

I argue that there are a bunch of parallel lines between: Andrew and Marcus, but both use similar techniques; Deuce, which is Andrew’s…wife’s…mentor, who made thousands working for the guys who created the advanced interrogation techniques; and John Kiriakou…another CIA Analyst…who is making his money on a Russian Radio Station. My point…all four of these people were/are willing to use any justification to support their decisions; all in the hopes of making millions.

Simple truth…they are all lying to us…while using the education, training, and experience the government gave them…to make millions. I’m not encouraging anyone to believe my conclusions. However, I am suggesting that the people listen to Andrew’s interviews, and come to your own conclusions. However, the simple answer is believed to be true; and if that idea works…they Andrew is a CIA NOC; who is shaping CIA reputation with mass media.

As to “conspiracy theories, ” and the way the government tries to manipulate American opinion(s) and government fact(s). First, the idea of conspiracy theories was a phrase coined by CIA; in an attempt to challenge those who did not believe or support the magic bullet theory. I suggest the government has lied and manipulated the American People since at least WWI; all in an effort to gain populous support for an idea…or interest(s)…the American People would not otherwise support. I think its important to acknowledge that the government does not do anything because of right and wrong…good or evil…they do things because the people in power feel its in their interests. Period…dropping the mic…
