Today I'll be testing viral Asian makeup from Yes Style to see if it's actually worth the hype. Overall I had really great luck with everything but one product gave me trouble. I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

Hi, my name is Jen I am 44 and live in Connecticut with my husband and 8 year old son. I am a stay-at-home Mom and full-time YouTuber with a degree in business with a focus in marketing. Before leaving work when my son was born, I was a commercial lender at a bank. I also worked at Sephora and Macy's doing visual merchandising.

At the end of the video I mentioned that I accidentally used too much of the foundation (the puff picks up way more than other cushions I've tried) and I'll keep playing with it and use less to see if that helps it to look better. I also plan to try it over primers and use different application methods. 🥰 I've used many, many cushion foundations and normally the way I applied it works fine...this one just took me by surprise by how pigmented it is!

I feel like so many Americans do not yet have enough experience w/ cushion foundations, I keep seeing same mistake over & over, going in too heavy on initial application. Robert Welsh recently did a vid explaining how to properly apply cushion form...u wona gently dab ur puff in & basically not see any product on ur puff. Cuz it's there! We all know it's so much easier to add more vs take away product. Sorry, but I also learned the hard way & I don't want the Asian community laughing at how silly we are. Lol! 😚

I saw a korean youtuber who used the tirtir foundation, and she said the error in most of the tirtir application is that people use too much. she even used the back of the black lid cover to take away the extra foundation. I ordered mine early this morning, so hopefully it works for me, lol, we shall see.

Robert Welsh mentioned in his video that there is a specific way to apply the cushion foundation. He briefly shows it and then he mentions that he has a video on how to apply them coming out.

I'm 65 and I love the Tir Tir. It held up really good, and no creasing. Of course I used primer and powder just like regular foundation. I did use a small amount and the coverage is good.

Great video! 😊 I love the Tir Tir foundation. Like many already have stated, I find that it's important to note that very little goes a long way. In addition to that, I also find that hydration and exfoliation is key for me to make this foundation work well. I have sensitive, dry skin, and use a very gentle PHA toner. When I exfoliate regularly, and use a hydrating serum before I do my make up, this is the most beautiful foundation ever to me. Absolutely gorgeous. It has great coverage, gives a nice glow, no enlarged pores, it sits well on top of serums and spf, doesn't pill at all, and it lasts a long time. The finish is flawless.

Hi Jen! I’m 57 and have dry skin as well, and I have had polka dot foundation before. It’s never a good look. 😣 And since I’m a grandmother of 3 adorable kids, I guess I’ll just own my “old lady” status and continue wearing eye shadow, because I love it too! I’ve worn makeup since I was in junior high, but 2020 is when I really started focusing on skincare and looking for products to really nourish my skin since I’d never dealt with dry skin in my younger years. Although I have been a remote worker for a number of years, video calls also really took off that year, so no makeup wasn’t an option for me. It was quite the journey, but I so enjoyed it and began experimenting with makeup like never before too. And now, my collection has grown by a LOT, but I do have so much fun getting ready for my day. I’ve been using TirTir foundation for about a month and really love it. Good coverage, but doesn’t feel or look heavy. Does last a long time. I know, because I fell asleep one night on the sofa and it still looked great when I woke up the next morning.
I’m 77, normal/dry skin, fine lines, larger pores on nose and chin, use a moisturizing primer.

I am over 50 and I love TirTir Cushion Foundation. Doesn't emphasize any imperfections which I believe I have got more than you..My skin is also dry. The way the TirTir cover is so graceful for me even after hours of wear, Complexion can be so different on who wears what I think
