11:17 I appreciate that Deni, as experienced and talented as she is with makeup, is still not immune to struggling with getting the eyeliner right the first time! It makes me feel better to know that even people who are talented at something I wish I had more skill with, like makeup, still sometimes make mistakes. I shouldn't expect my skills to be flawless when I've had far less experience than many professionals, and even they have "oopsie!" moments too!
