Did you know the cops don't need you to blow a .08 on a portable breath test in order to arrest you for a DWI? People who have been sober for years get arrested for DWI all the time. This is because the cop just needs reasonable suspicion that you're not acting "normal," and they can arrest you and take you to the station.

When you get to the station, a blood test will likely get the charges removed, but that doesn't give you back the time and stress of being arrested and spending several hours in jail.

Can you tell me the difference in warrants and how you should deal with them, and if they are not violent warrants and could be possibly probation warrants that are over 10 years or so

In GA. They charge you with. DUI. And dui less safe. DUI less safe is anything under .08. And it is 100% subjective. I had a friend get arrested for blowing .02

0, 8 ppm is rarther high for a DWI.
In my country the legal limit is 0, 2 ppm and 1, 0 is considered grossly aggrivated!

What about the subjective assertions of DRE officers? Merely having bloodshot eyes has been used as basis by them for being “under the influence” of drugs without any supporting clinical data. Scary stuff.
