Christy, PLEASE HELP - I'm confused .. I have a seperate HELOC NOT connected to my checking. Am I supposed to deposit my entire paycheck to the Heloc then have the bank put enough cash in my checking to sustain me?
How much of my HELOC SHOULD I use/not use?

I still don't understand how putting your income into the line of credit is beneficial. I could put that money into a high yield savings and let it gain interest until Its time to use it
