I'm looking for a job right now and our credit cards are high. Fortunately we don't have a mortgage. However, at this point, we can't cover our expenses with just one income. Should we start this even though we don't make enough to cover our expenses? Or wait till I get back to work.

I mentioned this on another video but I learned the hard way. I calculated my monthly garbage bill but I didn't "know my numbers" because I forgot it gets charged every 3 months, so 3 times the amount I calculated came out a week after I started this strategy. Almost messed everything up

I have been using the methods you teach since I became single in 1991. I just didn't have a name for it. I use zero percent credit cards extensively. I paid for my daughter's college education with CLOC and when I got paid I paid what I owed in full. This freed up the funds so they were available the following semester. I chunked payment my mortgage on a low interest credit card. I bought seven acres of property on a credit card I cashed out that had a 30% interest rate. I paid it off immediately. I sold that property years later and made about 400% return. What she says works, believe her. I have paid off property that I bought with a HELOC. I paid the HELOC off when I sold the acreage. Never let money come between you and a good ideal. I took every investment opportunity came my way and managed all payoffs. You are limited if you don't take action.
