I had terrible knee pain and my hands had swollen joints from arthritis. Then I went Whole Food Plant Based and my inflammation in my hands and knees went way down. I now can run up and down stairs where I was having to go up stairs sideways before due to knee pain.

Best thing I did for my joints was to put down the sugar/soda/candy and pick up a banana! I can't believe how much I used to suffer. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Question: Although I take 2000 IU of Vitamin D daily, my blood tests always come back with low levels of Vitamin D. What can I do to enhance the absorption of Vitamin D?
