I would say for disney animation Deaths, the bad guy from tarzan's death is gruesome, surprised it's in a kids film

Yeah the worst part is that Syndrome went in feet first and not head first into the Jet engine when his cape got stuck so his last few moments we feeling the pain of being chopped up into multiple bits while still conscious before he died.

There is a deleted scene in up where Muntz actually survives the fall and gets lost in Kevin's home going slowly losing his bearings and it's implied he slowly succumbs and dies, lost and alone completely devoid of hope. Always watch the deleted scenes on your DVDs if you still own them, there are some serious gems

If anything Syndrome's death was even worse if you consider how he got pulled legs first, which means he felt EVERYTHING untill his heart was shredded, or blood loss and shock

Disney said Syndrome did not die because in Disney+ “BrickToons” episode 3 he is shown alive.

I don’t know if that means he’s canon in the Pixar World. He could be but I would say he’s not in my opinion.

i still remember, i first saw hoppers death when i was a kid, i don't know why but it actually freaked me out enough that i ran out of the theater, even now i don't know why it freaked me out so much,

Hopper's death tramatized me so much I refused to watch a bugs life for so long. So while not the worst death still a traumatizing death

Hopper's death would absolutely be the most gruesome and painful. Dude was RIPPED APART and chewed up.
