AAA has not offered to help find new coverage. FYI, State Farm will not insure homes built before 2003. Florida is becoming the land of the very wealthy for home ownership.

As one who's covered by AAA (auto and home .... my vintage car is covered by State Farm) and lives in the Midwest, I consider this a smart move by the insurance company.

AAA dropping customers in California as well because they do not want to take care of claims after 27 years with policy it makes me feel like I made rich someone.

El Nino started this year and is predicted to get worse next year which makes storms worse. Insurers should get out this year and not wait until next year when they could get hit hard with some huge losses.
