I think the funniest law i’ve heard of from us here in America, is that it is illegal to push a live moose out of an airplane in Alaska

There is a very odd, very old law in Toronto, Canada stating that it is illegal to drag a dead horse down Yonge Street on Sundays. Any other day of the week? How about another street? Completely fine apparently.

30 year old Scotsman here... on several occasions as a child when out shopping or on walks with my mother I used random peoples toilets and none of which had any complaints. But with the way the world has changed and peoples general opinions of others have degraded so much I would be surprised if anyone even gave you a polite answer at the door.

Some odd US laws,

In AL, You unfortunately cannot chain your pet alligator to a fire hydrant.
In Hawai'i, you can be fined for not owning a boat.
In New Jersey it's illegal to delay or detain a homing pigeon.

In Ireland if a leprechaun comes to your house you have to feed to it and being a leprechaun hunter is also illegal

a) kill a housefly within 160 feet of a church w/out a license
b) illegal to fish whale on Sundays (ohio is a landlocked state)
c) in one town, it is illegal to rollerskate w/out notifying the police
