As someone who is under 16 and lives in south Korea, that law was abolished a long time ago

When I was 12 I went to South Korea with my korean friend and that night as she slept, I played some Minecraft in my phone at like 4 AM and nothing happened, probably because my phone was still set to my native country

Also Korean highschool students: have to study 13+hours a day. Go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 6am

As a Korean, this law was abolished a few months ago as people were getting mad at huge companies such as Xbox banning any Koreans that were under 16 as making a separate system for Korean minors will be too inconvenient. Minecraft was banned for minors. Many people were getting mad at the government.

But the funny thing about it Is student in Korea will study till 2 or 3 AM Because of the huge competition in academic
which make the objective of this law, protecting teenagers become nonsense
