be aware of Zener diodes, sometimes the multimeter wrongly says its ok, you need a curve tracer to check them

This technique is known as “shotgunning”
Works if you understand how components behave in circuit and have no info
It can be time consuming
I suggest a strong magnifying glass to try & spot damaged components

Testing already soldered down components doesn't tell you anything since the readings will often be wrong as the components are connected to others.

Hi .
My washing machine doesn’t not wash anymore,
All it does is to spin and dry.
When filling water, it doesn’t not contain water, it fills and drains at same time.
Could it be a pc board fault?
