Learning to ride an EUC - Day 1

Day 1 didn’t quite end as anticipated but it sure was funny so I had to share.

Learning to ride an Electric Unicycle. I’m so excited to get better as my husband is so skilled and is totally addicted.

That fall brings me back so much memories of my fall. I accelerated too fast when the battery was low, so the motor completely cut off. It was bad, I had road rash all over my legs and knees, was bruised up pretty bad, could barely walk. I recovered in about 2-3 weeks, got back on it and kept riding. Lesson learned.

I hear the wobbles happen to new riders because we tense up. Im still trying to do right turns less than a semi length though left turns are getting easier but i still notice wobbles. Caused me to dive like zoe but i think i just bounced in a skydiver pose. Then i find a square bruise on my foot where it seems i hit the footplate. Just dusting myself off and trying again tomorrow.
