One Flash light photography with Godox V860 III & Sony a7r III

Today I take you to London, with the parkour community, to take some photos around town with one flash light, the Godox V860 III and a Sony a7r III, a Sony GM 16-35mm F2.8 lens and a Sony GM 85mm F1.4 lens.
We will snap some action shots and see what we can achieve with one flash light in day time, I will share tips and settings!

i guess i;m late cause i'm just seeing this video lol well i have the 80d and i'' buy the 90d later on maybe by christmas. but everybody telling me about the 24-70 saying that's the best lens to buy especially the 24-70 from canon and tamron. i'm pretty good at taking pictures but i don't want the camera to do everything for me but i want to take great pictures in either manual mode or tv mode cause aperture mode is staring make my pictures at night look bad. i need to get my pictures at night time to look better. i know i need a flash and i'll buy one the godox 860 iii

no reason why you cant set to iso 400, and get 3 stops extra light, gives you more power dfor your flash .

I feel like my colours are always off, I use the mag mod kit and whenever i use the diffuser, the light is too bright and too white, if i use any colour filter then i feel like the colours that shoot through the flash are too over exagerrated so if you have any videos that gives advice on that aspect ill watch them all!
