Perhaps he is. Perhaps one day we'll see this scene in a movie about him. Maybe a time will come he'll prove himself and become a historical figure. Unfortunately, genius is working too intensely and obsessively hard, as well as creatively and intelligently, with the usage of everything in one's internal powers and working machines. Creativity and luck hugely contributes. It's almost a balance of all of that, with a touch of madness. It's doing something extraordinary, and being able to achieve, solve, answer, and make with unique perfection and to the potential. Even though he seems to be out of it there, maybe he's still capable, but with hint of his own opinions and beliefs he made for himself that got him stuck in the real, outer world. What he's trying to do was too much and quite unrealistic.

Everyone can be a genius, it just requires a lot of work and doing.

My guy, if you're reading this, if you truly want to achieve these goals of yours then set a real goal, a goal to reach your genius. Make it crystal clear. Work on it as if your life was going to depend on it, as if death awaits if you fail. That, in my current opinion, is true genius.
