Obviously the best & most recommended book for entreprenuers. It focuses on building a "systems dependent business rather than people dependent business". His other similar but small book, E-Myth for Contractors is not bad either.

I watched this video 4 times. I got some subtle sense of "How to Build my LIFE so it can run without me and scale."
What do I mean by that? Let me explain.

Let's presume Day One of "I am turning my life around and become all I can be" start right now.
I am structuring things in my life to make sure that they stack on top of one another, they are congruent with each other and compliment each other to help create efficient and effective actions. I then chain those actions together to create days of efficient and effective action and then chain several days together to create a path.
When a problem hits me I don't swipe it under the rug or employ an easy-temporary fix, I ask myself "How can I fix this issue/problem forever?" and work towards achieving that.
I don't go about doing things on my own, I form a team, a "dream team" that has evaluated knowledge and evaluated experience within different domains so I don't have to "know everything" and can focus on 1-2 things and master them.

I can go on and on and I am sure you now get the picture.
This can be used to not just clean up the mess within and entrepreneurial environment or within a business/corporate structure, it can be used to fix our own lives.
