2 1/2 cups water

I was thrilled to discover that cumin was the spice that gives that delicious Mexican flavor. In different recipes I have also seen chili powder, smoked paprika or oregano (these were used in taco seasoning mixes, in addition to the cumin). I'm going to experiment.
