Let me share with you one of my childhood favorites, SOPITA DE FIDEO CON PAPAS & GROUND BEEF, but since it’s still very hot in Arizona I made it more like a guisado 😅 and let me tell you it’s absolutely the best! So I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do! ❤️

blender- Vitamix A3500

Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
3 guajillo peppers(boiled)
1 tbsp beef bouillon
2 tsp tomato bouillon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
For the fideo
1 lb lean ground beef I used 97/3
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 medium small diced potatoes
3 roasted, peeled chopped hatch or Anaheim peppers
7 oz fideo
Handful of cilantro
1 serving of love 💕

I use tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, garlic cloves, put in a blender.i either boil ingredients in a pot, sometimes i grill the ingriendients for more flavor❤

In San Antonio some Mexican restaurants sell it. On the menu it’s called Fideo Loco. The sopa (soup) also has pinto beans. It’s a winter favorite.
