Hi! I love sopa de conchitas, it's my favorite. I add oregano to mine in the blender with everything else. And I also add diced potatoes and carrots before boiling point. Sometimes I eat it with mayonnaise and queso seco, and/or Valentina sauce. Also If you make tortillas hechas a mano you can add a bit of salt and then roll it and dip it in the caldito, but you can also just use the store bought ones. Super delicious! 😊

Whats the portion of cups of water for 1 cup of pasta then? Cut it in half?

I made it but added 6 cups of vegi broth instead of water and it’s a must do please give it a try even more flavor promise and also add Clintro and some Chile to the sauce and one lime of juice with some shredded chicken and green onion for garnish promise you will never make it the same again

Esta sopa si lleva polvo de pollo, y creo q no le puso a todo le pone caldo de pollo, y a lo q si le deve de poner el polvo de pollo no le pone, como ala sopa.
