Microwave Kinder Mug Cookie #easyrecipe

Ingredients:
1tbsp (15g) salted butter, melted
1tbsp granulated sugar
1tbsp light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
¼tsp vanilla
2tbsp heat treated plain flour
1tbsp white chocolate chips
1 broken mini Kinder bar (+ extra fe topping)

1) Add the melted butter and both sugars to a ramekin and mix them together until combined.

2) Add the egg yolk and vanilla and mix until combined

3) Fold in the flour until just combined.

4) Add the chocolate chips and the mini Kinder bar pieces and fold them in.

5) Smooth it out and place some mini Kinder pieces on top.

6) Microwave on medium (600W) for 50 seconds.

7) Let it rest for 1 minute.

8) Enjoy!
