I love your channel! I've told my husband that I've learned not to drink anything while I'm watching you - soda spewed out the nose isn't a great feeling!! 😂

Short but sweet. =) Thank-you Nik.

I like how you inject your humour and fun and even silliness into your videos. I'm no spring chicken, but fortunately I've managed to stay immature, so your style of fun is perfect. lol There's a lot of amazing crafters and artist out there, but video presentation is key. Always well spoken....and PREPARED. Hearing a voice trailing off to a barely inaudible muffle, while looking for the glue is cute sayin. =))

Love the hinge idea....I do this often...but for different reasons. Sometimes I just have a gorgeous image from a book, that is only a one page size...but if it's too thick to stick to another page, I just hinge it, in the same manner you did.

Love yer stuffs. =))

sometimes serious ? No, Nik never and it's the reason i love you ;) So, i have my "eco print" and it's true ( vrai ), i don't want folder its ... But i am not able to sew ... i try to binding with glue only and i hope it's secure ;))) Isn'it ? I don't grab a coffee because now in France, it's 23 h 49 ... and it's time to go to bed. Have a good day Nik and take care, you are precious for me and all your "subcripters" old and new ;) Bye bye . Sylvie

Hi Nik
Thanks for the binding ideas. I have yet to try the Eco-dyed process. Waiting for the humidity and torrential rain/storms to leave La Crosse Wisc. so I can do it outside. Flooding everywhere, so sad. What type of paper do you use?
Yours are so colorful also.

A couple of questions:
- Do you need to put the fabric strip on the front and the back of the pages? It adds a lot of bulk to the signatures when double.
- Would something sheer like gauze work? Or is it too flimsy to keep the pages together?

Nic, I’m not sure this is the place to ask this but I don’t know another way. I have some vintage sewing pattern with great envelopes. I would love to use them as a cover of a journal. Do you have any suggestion or ideas on that? Thanks in advance.
