Awesome video just recently installed French doors on my house. It helped me out so much on how to finish the stucco and make it look like my doors have always been there. Everyone one kept telling me to just put up trim. So thanks for the tips on doing it correctly.

Can I do a scratch coat with the quicrete One Coat Fiberglass Reinforced Stucco

i have to do a 3'x5' x 1/2" repair patch. can i use quikrete scratch and brown to apply a single coat? what is the working and cure time? i'm wary about using rapidset because of the limited working time as i will be mixing it myself.

Can I use this base coat over foam with fiber mesh? The dryvit base coat is so expensive comparatively.

appreciate the timely response! only a few other times I've used anything either than Portland, for 10 years I've always had mixed 1 bag portland 5-6 pails sand. should i bust and scrape off? start fresh, or hit it with glue and another skim scratch coat as I left room for another coat or 2, job is being painted aswell.

Howdy. First timer here, looking to stucco over an existing textured stucco exterior surface of a cinema, to project movies outdoors drive in style. I need a smooth white surface about 16ftx20ft. Which quickrete product do you recommend? I figure something acrylic? Do i need a base if im going over preexisting old stucco?

Thanks for all the videos, they have saved me a ton of money by not hiring out! I need to dash a wall right now. I'm matching a heavy knockdown dash. It's a white wall, so I just want to use quikrete white finish coat. Will adding some sand help match the heavy texture? The finish coat material alone isnt really matching what is there. Any advice on mixing would be great. Thanks!

Hi Kirt. I’m buying type s mortar it says on bag use for scratch coat brown coat n finish coat can’t use to set block n brick . Just add water from Homedepot. Should I add bonding agent to mix. Or don’t need to?
