My grandad was like that. When he was around 70, my grandma saw someone toss out a good washing machine. She told my grandad she wanted it. He just got out of the car and grabbed it and put it on his shoulder and started walking home. I was little and got out to follow and make sure he would be okay. He walked that washer on his should for 1/2mile and didnt miss a beat. He was even stopping and waving to neighbors in the neighborhood like he didnt have a washer on his shoulder. He stayed ripped almost until he was 80ish. He is close to 90 and while not as swoll he still looks better than I do. 😂
