How STRONG Is SSJ2 Gohan?

Cell is low multi because in the namek saga freezas second form was stated to be able to destroy the entire universe. If we consider the fact that cells made out of 5 Universal character, we can say he is low multiversal

Not to mention in Namek Goku after training in 20Gs can dodge meteors that are on the way of his MFTL+ spaceship(which crosses in a week from Earth which is on the edge of the Universe, to Namek which is stated to be in the other side of the Universe according to the RPG Guide, and Isnt even in the Same Quadrant/Area/Galaxy of the Universe, since King Kai said it's outside his Area), which is easily in the millions of times FTL as a lowball and was done by a Goku after only training in 20G and weaker than he was when he got to Namek. Not to mention how SSJ Goku and Frieza can react to the Namekian Dragon Balls(and outscale Porunga)that can go from Namek to Earth in 3 minutes, which would be easily billions to trillions of times FTL for only SSJ Goku in Namek.
