no matter how chaotic or strange this video is you can't deny they are having the time of their lives and I'm so glad they're still going strong all these years later.

I think their new songs are just as good as their older ones, but there's something magically nostalgic about that drum machine

They have that amazing ability to be goofy and incredibly cool at the same time.

Whenever I hear one song by them I get a strong urge to marathon as many of their albums as my schedule will allow.

If happiness was a song, it would sound like this.

I wanted to go see TMBG live but as TMBG said "No one in the world ever gets what they want and that is beautiful"

I did just click start. It was the best part. And then I rewound, then I re-rewound.

I still remember when the Johns took over Nick Rocks on Saturday morning and I was watching the upstairs TV and the VCR was downstairs, so I raced downstairs and luckily I had a tape ready to record it and threw it in and missed the first two minutes! I still have that recording. I’ve been a fan ever since.

The 90s were the best era for alternative music on the planet . Its was the era we lifted the lid on the chocolate assortment and dived in to see what flavours burned beneath wrapped in colourful wrappers

I appreciate the ambiguity in TMBG songs, because it means I can read this as a protest song and have my interpretation be as accurate as any other interpretation.

I remember 1990, They were not my friends, but they were not my only friends....
Managed to see them live in 2001. Played all the classics and the new stuff at the time.
You can imagine the near riot when they played Birdhouse in Your Soul.
