Hey just copy setup.exe from the older Rufus Windows 11 23H2 install pendrive and the setup runs with out checking unsupported hardware ... so actually no need of the
Rufus wrapper in case you are worried about the same .. You will need Rufus 4.6 or 4.5 to create a bootable Windows 11 24H2 Pendrive.

Rufus cannot bypass anymore 24H2, I already test it
Only Rufus 23H2 can bypass

On 24H2, the installation become more difficult ... more steps to do....to finalize the installation

It doesn't work no more. Windows shut the hole it doesn't help when you putting videos up telling everybody to buy past the windows system
